Refund
Policy:

|
We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral
arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. If
you or the person receiving your gift are not 100% satisfied, we will
have your gift replaced or provide a full refund.
Please note that we can process returns
and replaces/refunds only for items purchased from Gift4pinoy.com.
Refunds
- If the order is canceled by the
client 32 hours before the delivery date, client will get refund of
full amount including delivery charge.
- If the order is canceled by the
client 12 hours before the delivery date, client will get refund of
50% of the total amount.
- If the order is canceled by the
clients less than 12 hours before the delivery date no refund will
be made.
Within 7 days of delivery of a
shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from
Gift4pinoy.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund
the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
- Any gift in its original condition.
- Any unopened (still in its plastic
wrap) gift basket.
We cannot accept returns of opened
items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 7
days after delivery.
Replaces
Within 7 days of delivery of a
shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from
Gift4pinoy.com, for a replacement. e.g. In case of flower you must inform
us within 32 hours of delivery.
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in transit
We cannot accept returns of opened
items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 30
days after delivery.
